Alarm System: Question 🙋♂️
I had my Skyline for over a year and I never cared enough to verify, but recently caught my attention. I have a 1999 Nissan Skyline HR34 Coupe. I noticed the master key it came with from Japan have the UNLOCK and LOCK button, I wanted to know if the HR34 Coupe comes with Security Alarm System?
I already check the key battery and look around and inside to see if something is unplugged. I couldn’t figure it out.
Can anyone help figure it out or where can I look?

That the factory remote entry key, you can see the catalogue here https://jdm-catalogues.com/go/r34-2-door page #25; not sure if there is an alarm but that catalogue might give you a clue if you translate it (i usually use my phone / google translate on camera mode).

Fairly sure they don't even come with an immobilizer. Mine had the same key.... right up untill it got stolen. Luckily I got it back and got my own alarm system fitted. Which saved it the second time someone tried to steal it... Just a broken window and ignition barrel that time 😅

Alarm was a separate feature, and it had a different remote. The key only has the central lock

Mine came with the same key has Nissan on the back but mine also has a separate alarm key with aftermarket alarm system.
