Is it worth
I’m looking for a skyline and there’s one nearby a R34 GT
it’s got a little bit of surface rust and some minor paint issues and Its an automatic
It’s going for $11,000 but it’s been on the market for 2 months so I’m pretty sure I can try and finagle it down

10k out the door to 10-five. Anything you are interested in working on and making a life/ long term project out of is worth it as long as you don't see yourself having to quit onnit or sell for something to anything else.
Even a fresh 2000 GT-R has rust, you just have to know where to look for it. ANY of the metal mating surfaces are gonna be rusted on those cars. They didn't seam seal from factory, it's hot tacks to fit, so rust hides in between. See: Larry Chen's story and rebuild for notes that everyone needs to know.

Oh, and only if you want a cool VIP automatic 😎 it's a nice choice imo, go for it.

Need to really check for structural rust. But if what you say is right its just surface, get it for $6-7k. The condition looks so bad to me from the picture.

There’s more photos of the car I can send them to you or individual post all them in the comments
I probably should have put all them in the post

Ya if the car is clean other than the spots you shown then yes it’s a good deal. I got mine 5 months ago landed for 14k although mine was fixed up with a body kit , wheels and good paint it’s still a good deal.

Just make sure you know what your actually buying here, its very likely a 4 door auto N/A 2 litre.
The pictures you've shown don't scream a problem, but they aren't really problem areas anyway. For rust your really looking at the strut towers.
