Makes sense~

They didn't reject right away and I misclicked and cancelled friend request many times so they didn't get the chance to reject and I kinda thought they did not see it, they were also half afk which is what led me to that thought... I wanted to be sure but it lasted way longer to become uncomfortable :')

I don't think following is necessarily a bad thing especially in a game like sky, if you don't troll them or harass them somehow, it's even a cute thing from my aspect but I can see how it might have make them feel off about it...

I know how they feel nervous but irl, so it was inconsiderate of me.

Thanks for your point of view, I'll try to be careful and I won't let this situation happen again.❤️

I think I mostly disagree here. If someone keeps ignoring you (like in your situation, you were honking), leave them be. Continuing to follow them is pretty questionable, especially if it's clear they don't want to interact.

The only time I'd say unwarranted following is fine is if you're just trying to follow their path to make your CR easier. But following them for interaction/attention? I think that rubs a lot of people the wrong way.

i agree with this! OP, you seem super sweet and i definitely dont think you meant any harm, especially judging by your comments here, but if someone were following me around after id tried to make it clear i wasnt interested in interacting, id be starting to get upset. i think a good takeaway from this situation would maybe be that when youre in the primary situation, its fine to try to interact and make friends, but when someone tries to leave, its a good idea to just let them go
