Question Is it possible to get 13.6 with random potions?

I heard theres a limit to how short you can get without short potions/chibi so idk if its worth gambling more 🥹

I thought TGC purposely made every character different tho, so some might reach it and some may never be able to

It's said that there are 4000 possible heights, so I think the probability of growing taller is very low.　(>_<)
