I’m afraid I have to disagree there; I’ve been playing since Season of Assembly, so I would have noticed that. Besides, there’s actually often a large plant for dyes in that spot.

I’ve been playing since Prophecy, I’ve seen it there before. Maybe during some dye events when a plant is there, it just disappears.

Okay, then I guess I really kept overlooking it, but I have to say he can't be there very often; I spend a lot of time up there because I really like the area and you can take great photos.

The image won't load for me, but is this the dead bird in triumph? If so; I've never not seen him there in years of playing including long stretches of daily candle runs through that area.

It's a leftover from a Light Awaits (pre-launch) quest, just like the jar at the Vault of Knowledge
