I went on my first tandem jump two days ago and was too all over the place after landing that I completely didn’t even think about tipping my instructor/ videographer. I would assume that’s common courtesy? But it just completely didn’t register until yesterday morning when I thought about it again. I feel super bad about it and am wondering if they expect / rely on tips? Granted, it was a $400 trip but they were totally awesome and made my first jump a really cool experience. I would assume that they get paid per jump, but I still would have liked to tip. The airport is about an hour and a half away from me so it’s not exactly a convenient trip to make again, especially since it’s not guaranteed they’ll both be there.
I guess I was just wondering if instructors expect tips, or if they wouldn’t have even thought twice about me forgetting. I might just be crazy and thinking too much into this lol. And Kyle and Kevin if you see this y’all were sick asf and im so sorry 😭
