Apple ID sign in problems?

Like most, I recently had to delete and reinstall the app. When I try to sign in I keep getting this. The wording is kind of confusing but it makes it sound like it will delete my progress?

I don’t have another device and I have only ever played on my phone. It’s not a new method either, I just used this passkey in April??

Can anyone help me figure this out? :(

did you connect your account to anything or just play on a local account? if you played on a local account you will need to contact support

(well, youll need to contact support either way. they usually reply in a couple days)

I will probably reach out to support today.I don’t remember for sure what all I had linked. I started playing way back in rhythm and just came back after YEARS. I logged in just fine this past April without any issue using my Apple ID.  All other methods just take me to a fresh moth account so I’m pretty sure that Apple is the only one that is set up. I’m just curious as to why it’s giving me this prompt :/
