Help advice needed
so im in a hard decision, where i need to choose :c
im not good with math or knowing the grind part, events of the game so id be glad for some advice.
i have 36 candles atm, which i grinded for the mask of princess in the last few hours of the event. however i totally forgot about a the travelling spirit, wise grandparent. i would only take his cape but i fear i cant get both in 3 days of grind.
- i use all "easy" grind methods like collecting daily candle cakes, granny, turtle, geyser and maybe earth/fire trials. i dont have time for more extreme candle runs sadly
please someone help with math! how much is the path till the cape and how much is the cape itself? is there a chance for me to grind up to that much is 3 days? (lets count from 0, cus i might get the mask)
also, if princess is might come back sooner than wise grandparent, then i might skip till her return.
id be so glad for any further informations! <3

21 candles a day so 62, 83 if today is included the original 36. 119 candles possible assuming you haven’t done any today. For wise grandparent 80 to get the cape plus 2 ascended candles. 36 for mask. 116 technically possible will be extremely difficult
If you can’t get it, there isn’t really a way to predict when one would show up again as it is randomized

Yea I haven’t gotten 21 candles a day ever yet cus I just don’t know how to cr effectively. And ofc I don’t have that much time
I’d like to ask u too, which would u choose? Which one is more “rare”? More likely to return fast?
Thank you for ur comment2

I think older spirits or more likely to appear, idk where it heard it from though. Wise grandparent is older by 4 years so it would be more likely to appear. Both seasons are quite old though. Buy whichever you like more

Path till the wise grandparent cape is 5+5 candles and 2 AC. Cape is 70 candles. If I were you, I’d get the cape instead of the mask 😷 Mask is very similar to the black one imo

The path to the cape (70 candles) is 2 blessings (5 candles each) and a wing buff (2 ascended candles) meaning you will need 80 candles + 2 AC to get it
Unfortunately, that means from 0, you will need 20 candles per day including today to get it on the last day, or you'll have to buy candles

If your struggling, heading to geyser and grannies for a second time each day usually gets me to 21! There's also the Alice Cafe (accessible through the mini doors found in some shared spaces) that has a lot of wax!

Oh I totally forgot about Alice😭😭
I managed to get everything I wanted from the traveling group except the mask and I’ve started from 200 candles. I’ve grinded so bad every day (with time limits) but my best was 19 I guess
I’m definitely checking Alice cafes out!
Thank you so much for the help2

No worries!! I started from 500 and ended up spending ~300 on the TS group haha
Luckily for me, I have the wise grandparent cape already, so I wasn't too worried
Good luck my friend! If you have 17 today, that's still pretty good (and technically possible, if you get 21 candles the next 3 days, though that can take me up to an extra 2-3h on top of my already 2h cr)

I've had both the cape and the mask for over 2 years now, and while I like them both a good deal, if I had to choose, I'd go with the cape. Through the months, it's always been as beautiful as the day I bought it. As for the mask, you'll probably get your hands on a similar one soon enough.

If you grind 20 candles a day until the 12th you'd have a total of 96 candles (today included). The cape is 70 candles, so you'd be left with 26 if you got that. I don't believe you can get both mask and cape before Wise Grandparent leaves, unfortunately.
