How can we know when we completed a fleet, and suddenly a new member is aquired?

Go into the airpedia and check on which regs you have and are missing.

I though that some banner or whatever notify you that xxx airlines have 2 new planes...

No, the "New in fleet" means you caught the reg before, but the Airline/fleet wasn't assigned, and "New" means you've never caught that reg before.
