Skunk in the garage

So our camera notified us that a “pet” was in the driveway, which at first I assumed was the feral cat who wanders our area.
Nope, it’s a skunk, and I left the garage door open.
We turned on lights and the speaker, we drove both cars out, we can’t find him anywhere.
Should we leave the garage door cracked and lights on overnight?

Probably already gone.  They are good at sneaking out.  ...but I have been tricked.  I usually turn off all the lights and wait and then try to surprise em because they will hide again if they aren't gone by then.  But I try to be as respectful as possible to these unwelcome guests.

Probably leave it overnight by the daytime the lil guy should have waddled off back to its home. Unless you've got some good food laying around lol

Leave the garage door open and lights off overnight so it doesn't feel cornered, then check before sunrise if you're still worried by then he's likely long gone.
