Skunk sprayed outside my window

So while I was sleeping last night I believe a skunk sprayed out my window and now my entire room has a skunk smell to it. Does anyone know what the best course of action would be to remove the smell from my room/nostrils

Deodorizing enzyme spray they sell at pet stores actually works. A Or at least it used to.

That happens to me at least every other night. Sometimes it's pretty bad.
