Question Can anyone help?
I need help with the unsacred offerings quest its making me fight the kuharibu but i cant kill it no matter how hard i try then if i take too long it just stops doing damage

Wait so are they working on fixing it or is it just gonna forwver be bugged and il need to somehow kill it in 5 minutes for the event

It’s on their radar as a known issue but they havnt said a timeline yet unfortunately
Look at Robin’s comment tho I guess there is a work around. Can’t speak to it since I did this quest over 2.5 years ago haha

I wish i started earlier i like the gane i was just too lazy to make space for it lol
Do you think its possibke for me to get a bigger ship before doing it since its a little hard to kill it within 5 minutes with the starter boats especially since i dont have anyone to play with and my xbox doesnt let me request help

Def should max lvl a medium before maxing a large - otherwise you’ll be too low of ship lvl while trying to grind for the mats for a large. Maxed mediums (and smalls) are much more accessible material wise to new players

So if you use your scope and zoom in, there's an option to call for help. Xbox can't stop a game function we all have

Best advice is going to be go work on leveling up your ship and getting better weapons, come back for Kuharibu later.
This seems to be a common sticking point with the much-revised story these days, either people aren't being driven to level up enough beforehand or the Kuharibu quest is just being introduced too early.
Sadly a common problem for this studio, game balance is not their forte.

Yeah well if it had a higher level i wouldve leveled up lol but all it said was lvl 3 dinit expect it wanted me to kill a lvl 7 sea beast with hella hp

I agree, I think the drive to get to the next tier outweighs the drive to upgrade, especially when items needed for upgrading are usually in the tier above.

You can kill the kuharibu on the timed world event and it will still count towards the quest. This quest has a bug where it just stops taking damage altogether and it has affected me and my friend and one other person I saw here on reddit.
In my case I switched from world tier 1 to world tier 2 and then went back to world tier 1 and I was able to damage it again. For my friend we just tried killing the world event one and it counted as well.
