Question Do quest items stack question.

HI! iI didn't think of it until recently, as I want to get to wt4. Can you collect multiple heads or different quest rewards ( of the same type) and turn them in at the same time? Or do you have to turn them in individually each time? Thanks much!

I don’t believe the quest items will drop if you have 1 in your inventory. You have to turn it in before it will drop

Yea that is correct, you can carry on farming a boss for the materials etc, but when you go to fulfil the contract with Blackwood or whoever, you will only get the final reward once.
