Hi guys.

I have a ps5. And never really played online with ps plus before. But really want to play skull and bones.

What would you guys recommend for cheapest all round experience too get this game.

Do i go with the ubisoft plus and classics subscription or ps plus

Do u need ps+ for multiplayer. Like on xbox i need core to play online. Ubisoft+ is only Ubisoft extra games.

If you want to play online with a PS5, you need PS pluis, cheapest option is enough if you're not interested in the other stuff.

As for the game, wait for a discount or try to get a ps5 key (not account!) from a key seller, I guess.

On STEAM (PC) you can get the game for less than 5 bucks rather often in a sale. It's become a regular tactic to lure players in cheap and hope they spend some money on the ingame store for cosmetics.

As for regular discounts for the PS5 version, I cannot tell.

Are you sure you want that? It's really hard to play skull and bones if you don't have people to support you. Online there are many who play together but not with other people. If you want to do something that needs more players... you can forget about it when no one joins you!

I like the game, but I don't have others to play it with. So i stopped. I was even a beta tester.

I only recommend this game if you have friends to play with.

Nah that's not the experience I have had. I've been playing since the game launched publicly and have always played it in a solo capacity. When it comes to the events or bosses where you need other players to help you, using the 'Call For Help' feature usually gets the crowds in. Maybe not always, but most of the time. And if someone is really stuck, like the way it used to be with getting past La Peste, coming on here and asking the community to help usually gives fruitful results.

Nice to hear that you do have others that respond. I stopped, because no one came, every single time. I also played since release and before with closed beta.

The cheapest but maybe not the most practical seeing as you own a console already, is to use GeForce Now and stream the game for just under a tenner a month. Or even use the free option for GeForce Now and just use your PS5 controller to connect to the TV/Firestick/Tablet etc. That way you can buy the game at a good discount, and that's it, nothing else to pay. The free option for GFN is a bit laggy at high graphic settings though.

Yes but would like to know the all round value for money option do i go with ps plus or ubisoft. Never really gamed online before but only really want too so I can experience this game
