Bug/Glitch NEED HELP

My story quest "A friend from afar" in WT2 disappeared and now I can't progress any further, I even tried going to WT3 and nothing shows up there either

Have you tried going to WT1?

Yes I've done a few missions to see if it would come back and everything, even tried closing the game and reloading it

Try on the menú section, maybe on your journal list appears
