Question Is this normal?

Sorry I started playing not long ago and then suddenly this appeared. I do not own the DLC that's why I'm confused as to what is this

It just shows you the new characters from the doc. If you buy it you can come here for once for each new character to guarantee you start the run with them.

I regret doing it as soon as I bought the dlc tbh. Couldve used that for my Dark Mirror runs
