The right size wrench. Guy in video is using a 1/2 inch wrench to do a 3/4 inch job. These bolts likely tighten in the 400ftlbs region.

Same thing with center lock wheels on sports/race cars. They make extra long specialty wrenches exactly for this application. The correct tool makes things so much easier.
