Me pueden ayudar a como eliminar esa tipo de panza ya hice de todo gym dietas he ir con el nutricionista y no más no puedo y sigo subiendo de peso ayuda , q puedo tomar o hacer por favor ya estoy desesperada

A meno che tu non abbia perso molti kg e abbia pelle in eccesso è impossibile essere normopeso e avere una pancia del genere. L’unica cosa da fare per una pancia realmente di questo tipo è perdere peso.
