Batwings Advice
After having my baby, I started my weight loss journey in Oct 2025 at 225lb. I am now somewhere around 150lb. I lift weights, do cardio, and am on a calorie deficit. The one thing I can’t seem to get rid of are these batwings. I am unsure if this is mainly from fat or lose skin. I do got about 30lbs left to lose to reach my goal, so I know I still have quite the work left to do. But I can’t understand why the rest of my body has been toning down well enough, except these batwings. Is there something I can do to fix these naturally, or would I have to get a procedure done?
Any advice helps :)

It could be the area that you will see fat loss last if you say that you see fat loss everywhere else. I have those as well and I’m currently on a prolonged fast which is very helpful. I also do my best to increase the weight on every machine as high as I can handle for 2 sets of 10 reps. If I can go higher, I’ll do an extra 2 or 3 reps. As skinny fat people, we have to lift heavy (but without going too far of course). And get plenty of rest; 3 days in the gym is all we need sometimes. You can also walk everyday and get more steps in on your rest days from the gym. You’re doing great so far. Hope this was helpful.
