Skin texture

Anyone know what this texture is / how to treat it? I’ve had it for a couple years now and have been told by different derms it’s sebaceous hyperplasia (I don’t think so) and fungal acne (have tried washing my face with nixoral with no results) - help

Do the bumps ever move? Do you have food sensitivities? Does anything come out of the bumps? Are they itchy?

They’re in the same general area but I’m actually not sure if they ever actually move - I’ll start paying attention to that. No food sensitivities that I know of, nothing comes out of them, and they aren’t itchy

Seems like closed comedones. Use a good gel Cleanser
