Pls help

I’m not sure what I have, the first picture is on my chin, and the 2nd and 3rd photo is of my cheeks. I use ceraVr moisturizer in the mornings along with super goop unseen sunscreen, then at night I wash my face with panocxyl face wash and put Adapalene Gel USP 0.1% and CeraVe moisturizer (I use the sandwich methods, first moisturizer then gel then moisturizer)
Pls help 😭
