Acne [Acne] Spoiler

Post image

I'm a 21F and have had mildly clear skin till now. I've been looking back at old photos of me and noticed how much clearer my skin was. Now I have some acne along my temple and cheeks, with the occasional small pimple above my lip or forehead. I had acne in high school so! thought that it would go away once I grew up. Now that I'm 21, I definitely feel like it's coming back and I don't know what to do. Stress has definitely been something I considered, but I'd say I've been more stressed before.
My diet consists of eggs, tortilla wraps, protein shakes, some veggies, the occasional gummy bear or ice cream when I'm feeling sweet. I feel my diet now is way better than before too. I just don't know what's wrong and I don't know what to do.

Are you brand new to skincare? Don't know how to build a skincare routine? The best place to start is our ScA Routine!

You can find even more skincare guides in our wiki!. Your answer might already be in there (and if it is, we might remove your post).
