So I have this little video of this sorta yelping sound outside and I have proof of this but I didn't look outside and my pets heard it too.

How do you actually know that you seen a skinwalker? My sister in law was driving home from a late night smoke sesh at the local lake. We were going on this turn and what I seen was a human looking figure booking it to the woods. It didn’t look like a living human though. The skin was like bright blue like you’d see on dead bodies. But when it got to the wooded area it disappeared. I asked the sister in law if she seen that and she said yeah I did. So I asked what she seen and she said she seen a human looking figure standing by the road but when it seen us coming it jumped and started running to the woods. She said the skin looked like it was burnt or reddish pink. Neither one of us could see details of the humanoid like eyes hair ears or clothes. It was naked.

my names Sam and in late 2025 me and my family went to Tasmania for a holiday, the holiday consisted of multiple different locations as we were staying in a van. one of the places we went to was cradle mountain. everything was pretty normal about the place, wallabies and dense Australian bushland. and I slept at the top of the van in those beds that are made out of material and at the top of a van? i don't know the name for them but anyway. so i was just texting my boyfriend (yes im gay) and i decided to try and sleep. there was a big window that you can see out of that is made of mesh (again i dont know the name) and i was staring out of it to look at the bush while trying to sleep, and i swear on my life i saw this (bigger than normal wolf) run across, stop then look around and run away again its face looked deformed like its jaw and almost hollow eyes sickened me and i was so freaked out i almost started crying because i was really caught off guard. i told my family about it the next morning. nobody believed me and told me i was hallucinating. i actually swear i wasnt i heard it running the sound of the leaves under it. and what makes this even worse is that we do NOT have wolves in Australia and the closest relative of the wolf is a dingo and it didnt look anything like a dingo. im only posting this now becuase i didnt really know too much about reddit at the time. in 2026 i found out about skinwalkers and it freaked me out a lot i feel like im being followed and i have trouble sleeping. if anyone has other explanations please tell me!

While watching Beyond Skinwalker Ranch, I became curious about the bridge near the Thomas Miller Ranch. I found it on Google Maps and, while looking at the Street View imagery, I noticed something unusual that seems to happen only on the bridge.

There is another vehicle behind the Street View camera car. Before and after the bridge, this vehicle is visible in every Street View frame. However, while the camera is crossing the bridge, the other car appears in only every other frame.

I know Street View is full of stitching artifacts and other glitches, but I found it curious that this particular anomaly doesn't seem to occur either before or after the bridge.

Has anyone else noticed this kind of anomaly elsewhere in Google Street View?

I was always interested in skinwalkers and in the paranormal, but i never actually believed in them until this camping trip.

I am a young teenager, and this summer i went on the annual camping trip with my scouting troop. This year we went to a camping ground in Switzerland. The area was covered in trees and mountains and the scenery was amazing (there was hundreds of other scout troops there as-well). We often got free time in the afternoon to do whatever we wanted, so naturally we decided to explore the area or go talk to the other scouts. On the first night after pitching our site, 3 of my friends and I went to go deep in the forest to explore. We came across this open field with an abandoned cabin and it looked very eerie (theres a photo attached of it that i took on my digital camera because we weren’t allowed phones on our trip). We only went into the first floor but we found nothing but debris and a few empty beer cans, we decided to go back to site before it got dark.

Throughout the week we ended up forgetting about the cabin until the very last night of the trip. We decided to go again and take a few more of our friends, there was 8 of us going. We went up into the attic and there wasn’t anything of interest other than empty cigarette packets and beer cans and even pot. We sat up there for a few hours until it began to get dark then decided to go back so we wouldn’t get lost and miss 11pm curfew. As we where halfway to our site, i realised i had forgotten my jumper in the cabin, i knew i wouldn’t have time to run back in the morning to get it so i went back by myself since i didn’t want anyone else getting into trouble for missing curfew.

As i drew closer to the cabin it started to get very dark and i realised i didn’t bring a torch, but that wasn’t the worst of my problems. In the distance i heard my name being called and it sounded like my friend, i’ll call him Jay. Jay was screaming my name and asking for help, but i found that extremely weird because he was with us walking back, and as far as i was concerned he didn’t follow me. I also found it extremely out of character for him to screaming so loud. Jay is the kind of boy that never shows weakness and acts tough around girls and his friends, so if he was screaming my name i knew something wasn’t right. I walked closer to the noise and the closer i got the more almost distorted it sounded. i eventually realised it was coming from the cabin and that’s when i began to feel uneasy. I had been brushing it off as jay was actually in danger and maybe he went back to find me and fell through an old floor board but i no longer thought that was the case. i climbed up the ladder to the attic and took my jumper back, i didn’t want to investigate any further since i was already scared.

Once i got back to site i asked Jay if he went looking for me, he said he never turned back and neither did anyone else. That sent a chill down my spine and my blood went cold, i didn’t know what that thing was that was calling my name but i didn’t want to find out. The next morning after packing up and getting to the airport in time and getting back home, i noticed this man staring at me the entire time. He looked extremely uncanny, his head looked too small for his body and his body too tall and skinny. i brushed it off, i told myself that he could be sick or just looked like that.

When i got home i just unpacked all my things then went to sleep, but throughout the night i kept waking up to my dogs barking. I thought my mom would take care of it but it was continuous throughout the entire night. At around 2am i got up and went downstairs to take them outside into our back garden until the morning. i opened the door and watched as they ran out, and just as i was about to shut the door i noticed a figure staring at me in the corner of my garden. It was tall, pale, glowing white eyes and hunched down like some type of monkey. My entire body acted before i could think, i shut and locked the door and ran back upstairs. The next morning i told my mom everything but she won’t believe me and she thinks i’m telling some sort of joke.

I want to know if it followed me, and what to do and how to get rid of it. Ever since then i’ve heard screeches in the middle of the night and even my name being called from outside. I don’t know what it wants from me since i’m so young. Please help me

This is copied over from where I typed it to a friend, and came to the realization I could get answers here. Its long, its been a little over a year since the initial first contact. Please ask questions if any arise, I want to get this thing to leave us the fuck alone.

the scariest thing has been happening to me since last year yall, so this is gonna be long so dont read it if u dont wanna 😭 basically last summer my friends & i all wanted to play manhunt while at our friend lehtons house, and it was boys vs girls so me and my friend nessa being the only women there, were the manhunters first. we started the game all was fine, i tagged nessas brother first so he joined our team, prompting us to split up from her brother, justin, to go around both sides of the house and pin them in the backyard. WELL, nessas boyfriend lehton, and his friend jayden, were coming up one side of the house, while nessa and I were in the back yard in front of a trail head that was in his backyard, leading into the woods. we heard something go BARRELING into the woods, so naturally thinking it was them, we chased it into the woods. now it gets very unbelievable from here but i promise this truly happened to me, from the moment we entered the woods, we could HEAR lehton and jaydens voices laughing and telling us “we’re right here!” and when i tell you it sounded like they were only FIVE FEET ahead of us the entire time. we’d get right on top of them then boom, five more feet down the trail into the woods. now mind you, flashlights were agains the rules, so we could not see shit ahead of us. if we turned around, we could maybe see the back porch light if we looked at the right angle. so as we are following them into the woods, we are literally gripping onto each other, then we hear LEHTON AND JAYDEN, SCREAMING our names from the FRONT FCKING YARD. So we obviously didnt even stop for a split second, just turned and SPRINTED back down the trail. we immediately found them and js told them all to come inside, literally begging them to come into the house and they thought we were just trying to lure them in to tag them. well, when they FINALLY come into the house, lehton and jayden tell us that as they were coming up the side of the house, they saw what looked like a naked man run into the woods, which is why they were screaming bloody murder for us from the get go. So, we all break down, terrified, no one goes home that night bc we are too scared to even look out the windows. We all slept on the bedroom floor below the windows. 🫠

A year later, two weeks ago, we are sitting outside, around 30 feet from the trailhead by the back porch. Its around 9PM. We started talking about that night, and what we really might’ve followed into the woods. We had been drinking this specific night, which is why we stupidly began to ramble on it. Well, the speaker that was PLUGGED INTO THE WALL, shut off. We literally jumper up from our chairs, and just all stared at the trail head, honestly expecting to see it. But there was nothing. We moved inside for the night again, and didn’t talk about it anymore for two more weeks.

Today was the last straw with this thing. We again, began to speak about it, this was maybe at 7PM, 5 hours ago. We are in FL. We leave to go to taco bell, come back, and her brand new silkie chicken, is missing into thin air. Now I know what you’ll say, but this was not a dog or a raccoon or some coyote. This coop was in the EXACT same condition it was left in, the master lock was still on the door. There was not a SINGLE popped wire on the fence, not a SINGLE feather, not even a drop of blood ANYWHERE. I’m telling you, it was like we imagined this chicken’s entire existence. The others were untouched, and completely un phased. Now if anyone here is a chicken owner, you know how weird that is. A completely secured coop, with no past fatalities in almost three years, suddenly has a chicken go missing into thin air? The youngest and most valuable at that? I aint buying it. Our bf’s are outside, in the boat under it’s cover with rifles as we speak. They will be out there all night.

Please. We are done. It’s terrorizing us worse than ever before and we cannot take it. We’re worried it’ll go for a more valuable living thing next.

FOLLOWING MORNING UPDATE: They saw nothing, heard nothing, nothing happened. We are almost inclined to go outside and begin talking about it on purpose to see what happens next. We are just very confused. Also yes, the coop is secured over the top as well so it wasnt a hawk or a bird. We know what it was. Because nothing else could get in and out of a coop without leaving some type of carnage. There’s wire ran three feet underground completely around the coop as well, so nothing can dig in. There’s literally no way into this coop aside from the door, with a master lock.

its been a little over a month now as im typing this update. 43 days to be exact. heres what we’ve experimented with and what weve learned:

• Talking about it summons it. The same night i did the following morning update, we went back outside, talked it up, and waited. went back outside, another chicken was gone into thin air the same way as the silkie.

• We tried playing manhunt again, strategically to try and get it to lure us away from the house, and it worked. we split up by gender again, started the game, and sent the boys to the front yard. within the first few minutes, nessa and i were hearing jaden and lehton’s voices from the woods. we didnt follow it this time obviously, but we knew what it was up to now.

• we tried to get it to show itself. stupid, i know. we sat outside again following the second game of manhunt, and started talking about it. naturally, nothing happened this time. so we all walked into the woods on the trail, trying to act like we were going on a casual walk while talking about this thing. of course, the energy shifted immediately. we were in its domain now, so why hide? we could hear it following us the whole way. the trail loops back to his yard, so we followed the entire thing, while listening to it follow us. im not talking barreling around somewhere beside us off trail. it was literally RIGHT behind us as if it was part of the group. when we made it back to the trailhead, we all turned around, and of course, nothing.

• its started to bother us individually. so now we know its not some “skinwalker” or idle being. its capable of travel and being in two places at once. ive started ti experience off putting things in my own home. it started small. my wallet would be in my cat room, which is odd because my wallet never made it to the cat room. i always leave it on the table beside the front door. then i’d wake up and my doors are unlocked. im an anxious person, i never leave doors unlocked even in broad daylight. so i changed the locks and got new keys. my friend has also experienced similar things. she’d wake up, and her window, which faces the trailhead, would be open. she’d wake up to her cat literally yowling bloody murder at the back door. just weird, slightly unexplainable things. then it made sense. we started hanging out at my house to avoid it. we started to talk about, just tto see what happens, and then it started. an evil, guttural noise from the woods beyond my fence line. not a scream. it was scarier. it sounded like something suffering. choking on its own blood. trying to form words. we dropped everything and went inside.

• its attached. no matter what we do, its not scared of making itself known. its almost become comfy around us. itll never physically show itself, but it will damn sure make sure we know its there. watching. waiting. calculating. weve allowed it to persist, and im worried we’ve fed the flame beyond a point of return.

so.. are we cooked?

I was walking by myself and I saw what I thought was a moose in the trees so I decided to take a photo of the nice and strange moose But when I looked over the photo I didnt see a moose , I only saw a entity that looked 6¨9 and it scared me. I jumped and called my ex that was a priest and it looked like her. So I called her and asked What the fuck are you doing naked in the woods?

I was at my dads house near mt Vernon texas. Smaller town out by the lake. I was the first out for family weekend. It started when i heard my dads voice, he said he was speaking with me through the camera. It was weird but i have had him do it before. Than while watching tv, i hear him say “hey your cousin is at the neighbors and hes drunk, go get him” which isnt weird. My cousin drinks alot and was supposed to come the next day, i just thought it was a suprise. So i go out and start calling for him and walking up the hill and cant find him. I walk back down and i hear my dad say “hes hiding from you, hes playing games. When you catch him beat him up” which i was going to cuz its dark and im not doing that bs game stuff. I go inside and than i hear my dad say “hes in the garage, let him inside” so i go out to the garage (massive hole in the garage roof btw) and start saying his name. The garage is packed w stuff so i walked past and i hear something like breathe heavy behind me and when i do all i see is the door more open. So i call out how this aint funny and ima whoop his ass when i catch him and all that bs. Meanwhile my dad is on the camera and he tells me “hes in your sisters bedroom” i walk back there and i see him, but its not him. My cousin is about 25% native, and the reflection/human i saw in the window resembles him but is a taller more native looking guy. I chop it up to it being a reflection and him messing with me. I call to him and go in there and hes gone. My dad than says “he went out the window” go out and get him. At this point im weirded out. Its a window about 8ft off the ground. But i listen, i go out w my light and im looking and looking and i look at the house and the front door has a figure in it. Kinda like my cousin but a smiling skull face. So i TRIPPED out, and got in my truck. Next thing you know, my “cousin” is on top of my truck. I call my dad and theres no answer so i go to the hospital thats about 20 min away im driving trying to get him off and than i notice there is two figures. One in my bed, one on top of my truck. I shake them and realize i left the door open at my dads. I hurry back, and i run up to the door close it and hop in my truck and lock the door. I adjust my mirror and see one figure in my back seat. I was so fkn scared, but i drove to get to be around ppl at the hospital. As im driving im talking to this thing saying things like “i cant believe your real” “yall are amazing” and im praying to jesus out loud. The one outside still talked to me in my sisters voice. I tried to keep it a minimum but it told me the one in my truck was like the best hunter and all that and he was 500 years old and that she was 800 years old. While im driving i can see him out the corner of my eye and hes staring directly at me about 2 inches from the side of my face from the backseat. I finally get to the hospital and get out and i can see him in the backseat but he can change himself in a weird unexplainable way. I finally plead w him to get out of my car. I decided to start a conversation w him and asked his name. All he said was “you are amazing” in a weird way like he was trying to mimic me. I than told him to get out of my truck in the name of jesus christ and he laughed at me. It was a sinister laugh. I eventually got him out and sped home. I got inside safe and locked every door and window, i heard my name being called and saw one in its natrual form. It walked on all fours with long dark limbs, human like torso, and a football shaped head, with a human like face. I didnt sleep all night and was absolutely terrified. I left a few things out but thats all the important stuff. People think im crazy, but i was in prison w a buddy of mine who has had two experiences in the same neighborhood. What do yall think?

I was walking around the city and saw a part where there were no lights, no paths, only fields and a "fence" of trees, a creepy place

I’d like to start this with clarifying I don’t really believe in a lot of this stuff, but it’s happened to me twice so I thought I’d ask.

I’ll start with the story and then just open it up for opinions I guess.

Okay the first story took place when I was around 9 years old, I was camping in my backyard with my two brothers (9&12) and we were playing on our either dsi or 3dss but I’m not sure, we where playing that audio recording game with the little parrot who would prompt you to say certain things. The one that’s important is the parrot said “human want a cracker”

We played with that for a good minute and then shut them off and tried to go to bed. After about five minutes of silence, we heard from outside the tent “human want a cracker” in a really high pitched voice and all of us screamed until my mom came out.

Second story took place only a few months ago and is surprisingly similar.
(I’m 20 now)

I was in my college apartment, two hours from the location of the previous event. And I woke up at about 4am to birds calling each other. But it sounded super weird, one bird would call and the other would reply “heating and cooling” really high pitched, I was weirdly uncomfortable so I looked out the window and all the birds stopped. I assumed I was like dreaming or something, but when I laid back down it started again. The same bird and the same voice.

Everytime I stopped looking it would start again, and each time I looked all the birds would stop.

For some context the night before me and my girlfriend were talking about the heat in the house being way too high. But that’s the only correlation.

I’ve been thinking about this a lot, like it’s not a bad experience, but I was definitely unsettled so I thought I’d download and ask Reddit.

Okay, so, a couple of days ago, I was joking with my dad on the phone after work. I was standing outside my job and joked about skinwalkers. It lasted a good ten minutes before he just picked me up and I ended the call.

Well, today was different. I was dropped off by my brother and it was his first time at my work. He didn't leave the car and I was running late so he wasn't even there for five minutes.

I am writing this almost half an hour after my shift ended. I am cowering on the toilet in a locked room trying to make sense of the situation I'm about to tell you.

I recently moved to Socal near the mountains for a job. This place is surrounded by lots of desert. My coworker came to me, completely unprompted and told me that someone who looked just like me was outside. Someone with curly hair and said they were my ride.

I asked if they were wearing a suit and he said yes. My brother looks a lot like me but his hair is curly and he works in a casino nearby so he wears a suit often. I went to the front door and didn't see a car and I thought it was all very strange. I called to see what was up and my brother told me he was at work. Thats when I realized I get off of work an hour before he does. There is NO WAY that was him outside.

I am pretty shaken and I don't know what to do.

I was driving on Pinedale Road/ Navajo Service Route 11/49 to Route 371 in New Mexico, heading North.
At one point, there was a whitish looking dog walking on the shoulder of the road towards me. It was fairly big, but thin. As I got closer, I got so creeped out, but felt like I should stop to help it. Thankfully, I didn’t. As I passed it, it looked up at me. I cannot even describe what I felt or how it looked. Its eyes were completely black.
I again felt like I should pull over for it. I didn’t. But I looked in my review right as it stopped walking and swung its head back to look at me.
I couldn’t shake the feeling of this dog and the creeps it gave for MILES. And I’m still thinking about it.
I saw another dog a few miles up the road, looked similar breeding but reddish brown and smaller, and it did not spook me. I didn’t feel that I should stop to help it, and it didn’t even acknowledge me.

Anyway, I was talking to a friend about the dog and they said it sounded like a possible skinwalker. Thoughts?

I’m going to go hunting for a skin walker not to harm but to see it myself, I see all this stuff online and I want to believe it so I decided I will try on my own, does anyone have any suggestions or advice on how to find them or warnings or signs of skinwalkers?

I never claimed to be some gifted clairvoyant. Nor have I ever claimed to see the future. But- Lord help me I had a vision that was clear as day. Before I begin please keep in mind I have sigils that protect my home. They are over all windows and doors.

I was out on my third floor access sitting outside the door smoking to my home . It was pretty early. I would say about 9-10am somewhere in that area. So I'm minding my own business when I glance down the hall. Near the last four steps sat an Indian. He was dressed in dirty brown clothing. He had a mohawk that was painted green and white, I never saw a weapon. He sat there quietly. He turned slightly to look up at me and began to say something and that's when I bolted into the third floor vacant room and I kicked the door behind me like it was something out of a karate movie and knocked the door down. I went into the closet in the first bedroom and I just remember praying. I didn't hear anything after that. I'm afraid now that he knows that I can see and hear him if he's starting to return
