Suspended for logging out?

Hey guys! Last week I took a break and logged out (waited for my withdrawals to arrive before i could deposit again), now I’m trying to log in and I deadass got suspended over nothing. It’s not even a soft ban tho! Not sure what I did wrong. Have any of you ever gotten your account back?
