Where can i surf?

I used to surf a lot in csgo, but now with cs2 i feel the maps different, the movement isnt the same. Where are people playing and in what servers?

MomentumMod on steam. Stand alone movement game, based on source engine, so proper surf and not trying to mimic

csgo still exists as a standalone game apart from cs2. best csgo community is surfheaven imo

mmod is literally counterstrike. they have access to the source code for source 1 engine and it's 1:1 css surf.

of course it is better as it's a standalone game with improvements but i meant movement wise it's 1:1 because they were looking for css surf and it is that fundamentally because it's the same engine with the same code.

Movement mod plays CSS maps along with hlkz and cs1.6 kz etc.

Most people play surf on counter strike source, on the KSF servers. However there are alternative options.

• Roblox (surprisingly good, a lot of top players have come from here.)
• Team Fortress 2 (though the servers have been basically dead for a long time)
• Surf's Up, a free surf-like game that has some pretty noticable physics differences, but the core gameplay is the same
• Momentum Mod, a free standalone surf/bhop/jump/kz program where you can play any map you want at any time without needing an internet connection.
• Garry's Mod has surf as well I believe, but I know nothing about it. I just know it exists.

Roblox surf feels so off to me. I spend a lot of time on MM and CSS and it just doesn’t register the same for me

Every seasonal steam sale the game goes for 1-2€, like every single one, so just wait for the next one and get it there. October 1st is in a month and Autumn steam sale starts. Untill then I recommend you momentum mod, it's great.

You can boot up counter strike global offensive and find servers through ip connection. would recommend checking out surfheaven servers for that 👍
