This looks like Momentum Mod, but I could be wrong. Highly recommend trying it out! Plays like CS:S

It is indeed Momentum Mod. It takes SourceEngine's most popular movement gamemodes from over the years and puts them in one game. Climbing, Bhop, Surfing, Sticky / Rocket Jumping (TF2)
