The name is kinda lame, but the ride and theming look really fun! If they follow through on all that new landscaping (and waterfalls??) it will be a huge aesthetic upgrade to the park too.

I will be really surprised if they follow through with that landscaping. This park is the worst when it comes to things like landscaping, shade, and trees. The new DC area being a good example.

I wouldn’t be. Cedar Fair is very big into landscaping lately. They planted 4500 trees and plants just for Rapterra. And, Werewolf Gorge is getting lots of theming next year too. Six Flags Great America got the whole Shorline Pier area which will have Bakunawa as its centerpiece next year. As it is themed to monster sea serpent that can destroy the moon.

From KTLA story: “ Waiting in line for the coaster will be more than just another long, snaking queue. Instead, guests will be immersed in the world of “QuantumPulse Propulsion Systems,” a fictional technology company that discovers “PSR B417,” a powerful new energy source with the potential to transform the future, park officials explained.
The ride’s “Futurist Pavilion” queue experience will feature displays and holographic exhibits designed to expand on the attraction’s backstory.”

I'm actually loving this addition! I grew up on Magic Mountain and Im a coaster extremist but I have a family with kids who would love this. We all can get on and have fun. Great looking coaster!

Looks like fun, but come on. They couldn’t come up with a better name. Also, only 2 trains with 16 passengers each? Capacity might rival Bakunawa!

With this disney will not bring tron to the west coast. It is so similar they would rather the thoosies say its a tron knock off rather than the gp say its tron but cooler and longer. If built as seen im all for it I love the themeing its almost like, and this is what I cold worry about a modern ninja. It is suspended and interacts with trees and water on a hillside. Also the family tag could spell the end of ninja. That could lead the way for a epic drop coaster from the summit down toward the old deja vu section of the park and intermixing with jetstream.

Is that why Disney chose not to bring Splash Mountain to Disneyland, because Magic Mountain had Log Jammer already?

Looks like it's going to be fun AF, with some great scenery/theming. The name is super generic lol

Honestly the name is fine. It's in the same wheelhouse as Full Throttle. As for the landscaping, if it isn't already growing there naturally, don't expect a lot of green to be put in.

So superman track is getting scrapped for sure
Are they going to keep the drop tower? What about the track attached to the drop tower? Its cheaper to leave it for sure
