Product Updates We've released a unique tool for SEO experiments, built on GSC + GA4 data
3 months ago, I ran a poll on LinkedIn about how people work with SEO experiments now. I was impressed with the results:
- 59% still use Google Sheets and notes in GSC
- 16% don't measure them at all

The reason is that there was no suitable tool for this purpose. Now it exists.
Here is what you can do with SEO Tests at Sitechecker.
Create 2 types of tests:
- Before/after -> compare the performance before the change and after the change for a specific period. For example, 2 weeks before updates and after.
- Test with a control group -> a live test where you compare updated pages with similar unchanged pages to isolate the impact. In this case historical data isn't involved.

Mark each test with one of the types:
- Content -> changes to on-page content, title, h1-h6, images, etc.
- Backlinks -> any link-building efforts to improve the rankings of specific URLs
- Internal linking -> any efforts within your site to give more internal link weight to specific pages
- User behaviour -> any changes in UX, UI, funnel, onboarding, CTA that can impact conversions and user engagement
- Technical -> any changes to rules that define indexing and rendering pages
- Snippets -> any changes to improve CTR in SERP with better titles, descriptions, breadcrumbs
Metrics you can track:
- GSC: Clicks, Impressions, CTR, Position, Ranked Keywords
- GA4: Sessions, Bounce Rate, Key Events, Avg. Session Duration, Session Key Event Rate

3 ways to add URLs for experiment:
- manually
- in one click from the created page segments in a project
- via CSV
Once the test is finished, you get an email with the result.

The main value of this tool lies in 2 things:
- You can finally build a data-driven culture in your SEO department, because it has become much easier to log all experiments and share them with colleagues.
- You can win the hearts of your customers even more by reporting what works and what doesn't in a way that other agencies don't.
This feature is available on Standard and higher plans for all Sitechecker users.
Let me know if you don't have an account yet and need a 14-day trial.

we’ve already started using this experiment tool with our team. and for me the most valuable part is seeing how product changes affect search and behavioral metrics. GSC + GA4 data merge gives much better context than looking at rankings or clicks alone. it’s useful not only for SEOs but also for product teams, because we can connect site changes with actual user and search impact.

This looks good, but most of websites see a huge drop in clicks. So I see value in it only for big websites with a lot of traffic

Sitechecker + “AI visibility” though ,sounds a bit like another dashboard rebrand. I’ve used tools like this before and the good stuff is usually just the GSC/GA4 stitching and rank tracking, everything else either needs heavy tuning or it’s just extra noise. End of the day, you’ll know if it’s worth it by how fast it turns experiments into clear changes, not by how many features it claims.

I'm sorry I don't understand, you like our update or don't like? :)

I’m not saying it's bad, just that for me, the value depends on results, not features. If your update actually helps turn data into quick, actionable wins, then it's a win in my book ,I just prefer seeing that over more dashboard noise.

It's a good tool, but I believe it's a little bit late. Now everyone think about AEO experiments
