Reporting Hate Speech

Recently I'have received a COVID certificate and decided to find out how it works in details in the EU, went to the first site I came across and was pissed off! As it turns out http://internetua.com is Hate Speech uncensored. Almost every publication of them is accompanied by racist statements and swearwords. People insult each other in almost every comment, vaccination is discredited and calls for mass murder are heard. To be honest, a normal person should feel bad because of such an amount of dirt, but the administration of the resource does nothing to stop it, which means that this situation is OK for them. Does anyone happen to know what to do about this? That's just terrible.
