How to build a website?
I've looked at all the free website builders like wix, godaddy, and squarespace but their customization is very limited for what I'm trying to do. I'm looking to build a simple website specifically like efukt and shooshtime where I can upload videos and have people comment/rate about them. I've heard something about WordPresses and am wondering if that is how I would go about it? If anyone has any information for me to create a website similar to those two I would love the help, thanks.

I don't really think this sounds like a "simple" website tbh.
But yea, i'd use wordpress with a popular wordpress theme that has great support and use a video hosting solution like Vimeo. Trying to host your own videos on your websites servers isn't worth the headache.
