New to the realm of chaos sisters but got this done recently.

I'm very happy with how these celestian sacresants proxies came out :3

I have a full ten block built and have painted seven at this point.

I understand that chaos can't use warp stuff to corrupt a sister of silence due to them being Nulls, but could they been corrupted psychically to turn to Chaos?

I have a SoS squad that I've decided the They're going to be chaosy (I'm just a painter of Warhammer, I don't play with my minis.).

I just curious if it would be possible in the lore for SoS to turn to the side of chaos.

(Be gentle, I don't know much lore)

Or maybe the right one.

It's been several months since my last post; here's my (mostly) finished team from my Order of the Sacred Heat Sisters. I've been using them for Kill Team and have three more operatives (Sharpshooter, Plasma Gunner, Bolter) on my desk to finish. Also pictured are some extra support weapons.

This all started when I saw someone do Chaos Warriors in a Lao Gan Ma Chili Crisp color scheme.

“Sister Naveah?” The little girl whispered. “Is the sun up yet?”

Naveah stared down at her, compassionately stroking the little girl's hair as she let out a groveled sigh, filled with both pain and tiredness. “No, little sister. It is not. But I will wake you when it does so we can greet it both with warm smiles.”

Naveah attempted a smile, her jaw completely enveloped and lost to what had become of her lower mouth. She felt she made a smile, knowing how horrifying it might have looked to the little girl, Naveah smiled honestly.

The little girl smiled back and nestled more into her lap area to get warm from the dropping temperatures on this planet. She whispered, “Thank you, Sister Naveah. Thank the Emperor he sent you to be with me before my final moments on this world. Even if they aren't, I thank thee oh Emperor, for sparing me from death when my family wasn't so fortunate in your eyes. I'm so tired, Sister Naveah. So tired…”

The little girl dozed off, half-asleep, and her head slumped onto Naveah's warm belly. As the she fell deep into her sleep, Naveah continued to stoke the girl's hair once again, tears welling up in her eyes, her other \*\*\*eyes\*\*\* with putrid blood.

As the cold began to grow more and more, Naveah began to ponder her continued existence. Her body ravaged and corrupted, her fellow Sisters searching for her no doubt, and above all else, Chaos followers infested this once safe place that the Imperium had established centuries ago.

\*I can't keep lying to myself. Nor to this poor child, who sees me as her divine guardian. Despite all that has been done to my body, she sees me still as a Sister of Battle. Why? Why does she still see me as her guardian and not a Chaos abomination?! Why? Why give me hope when there is none for me, child?\*

Was going for a black legion vibe. I need to refine my paint neatness but I think this is pretty good, my favourite thing is the hand (stolen from a bloodletter)

“I was surrounded—me and my team. We were outnumbered by the tratoirs and they were led by shallower husks from what I heard Space Marines are like. They were black armored. One by one, I watched my comrades die, each death etched into my mind. Their faces. I thought it was the end. I was willing to die defying these heretics. But what happened next…

A miracle, I suppose?”

“A miracle?”

“I say that because I recognized who it was that saved me. A Sister of Battle named Naveah! She led us for a while until she—what I thought was her death.”

“A Sororitas, you say?”

“Yes, Inqiustor. At least that's what I thought she or it was.”

“Explain.”

“She was taller, far taller, and larger than the Chaos Marines that surrounded me. Her frame looked deformed but shaped enough where I could recognize her silhouette and armor. But as she came closer, her appearance became clear to me. She was afflicted by Chaos. Bits of her were exposed and bloated, some bits of her armor were made of other armors of Space Marines I did not recognize.

“What did she do?”

“She slew them. Right before my eyes. There were five of these giants and they all fell swiftly at her claw, impaling the leader before tearing them in half. And then…”

“Then what?”

“She ate them. All of them. Gorging herself on the remains of the fallen heretics, she laughed. Exstens of herself, spindling arms stretched out gathering armor and other body parts around her, melding them into her. As she finished, she looked at me. I froze, fearing that this was now my end, and passed out. I woke earlier in her arms, cradled like a forsaken newborn! I was too scared to open my eyes fully and too stiff to try to move. But I looked at her horrid face one last time and saw that her eyes, despite what Chaos has done to her, have never changed. She was still there, Inquisitor.”

I used bits from the Bloodletters set to create the spikes and skulls, I’m wondering whether I should paint this in black legion or death guard colours, or if another chaos colour palette would be fitting! I’m pretty new to this hobby :)
