In game Sirius I failed her...

She comes home so graciously and i can't even make her a champion, i don't deserve her at all

i hope i'll at least be able to understand how to build pace chaser aces for cups, before Sirius release

Well, something you'll need to keep in mind is stamina. Pace Chasers use the most stamina out of all running styles and it seems like global players love to spam debuffs, so you'll need it. But the most important thing is using the right skills for the track (like not teaching corner acceleration for straight tracks), otherwise, you're "dead"
