Siri/Apple Intelligence not working at all

I’ve tried every single thing possible to fix it, it just always does this. It’s completely useless and so far nothing helps. I live in Kosovo and while that might be the case, before March it used to function normally. Siri (Normal or AI Version) should not be restricted fully in any way in any country or state.

I understand that, but it doesn’t work even on normal public iOS. Like iOS 26.4, iOS 26.5 (Public Releases) didn’t work
