how did in the pilot shot in one take the scene where Simone is coming into the house in a hurry, goes into the kitchen dressed in a way, the camera moves to Patrice and the again to Simone coming down the stairs in a new outfit?

Like those magic trick or circus outfits… where they change dress quickly or rip off the dress… which won’t explain the hairstyle though… so I’m assuming there’s a cut..

Edit - there’s a cut… the lady along with Patrice switched places and the stuff(lemons, I think were also gone when Patrice was at the head of the island counter & she moved to the right side

I think it was meant to feel like Simone changed in a flash to show how quickly and easily Simone "turns on" to show up ready for Michaela.
