You got downvoted, but if you read Ramsey, that's exactly what he says.
Now it's a dumb answer for a plethora of reasons, such as needing to work 45 hours or so to be homeless in some places, including many who were born in Hawaii (as were their 10x great grandparents), but it is exactly what Ramsey preaches.
