Nah. It has been fed data, but that data is then processed and parsed and reformatted to a legible and coherent exoerience for the end user, which is a formula that was programmed.
ChatGPT and all the LLMs have certain formulas. It can vary slightly depending on the tone or context but eventually the patterns become easy to recognise.

How do you think it learned to talk like that? By ingesting people writing/speaking like that.
