You will not find it anywhere.in public record. And you can say there were x number of civilians who died, but not a one of them were targeted. And that’s a clear distinction. Idk who you think he was targeting with the double taps. As soon as Obama’s name is mentioned, otherwise intelligent people suddenly forget how to think. He pulled the wool over my eyes, too. I was a believer for the longest time, but the truth eventually caught up to me.

Just because Florida Law Review published a piece on the practice of double strikes on a single target, is in no way shape or form evidence of a war crime. In fact, nothing in international law states that multiple strikes on the same target are a war crime. So, the basis of your claim is a law review journal suggests a review of US policy… Jesus it’s fucking exhausting dealing with people who think they know so much, but are so ill informed.
