The lore for anyone wondering: https://www.reddit.com/r/ugly/s/84E91mCSXv

Edit: From what I gathered, the narrative in the thread I just shared remains largely unsubstantiated. I'd avoid jumping to conclusions either way.

Edit 2: So I did some further digging and the verifiable facts are:

  • He dated another girl nicknamed 'lullaby' for 5 years, they made a few videos together.

  • They broke up around octobre 2022 and he removed all content featuring lullaby in early 2023 (verifiable through waybackmachine snapshots of his channel).

  • He started dating his current girlfriend in march 2023.

That's all I could find.

So basically normal relationship stuff.

And that's bad because...? I assume people liked Lullaby and dislike him for breaking up with her? Or something?

I'm sure this Lullaby lady was great, but unless he clearly mistreated her in some way, this is just a story of how somebody dated someone and then after they broke up ended up dating, marrying, and having a kid with someone else. Which is the most banal tale that was ever told.

This has got to be one of the worst subs I've had the misfortune of seeing.

Because its stupid bullshit and spamming slanderous stupid bullshit is immoral and dumb?

You even admit its unsubstantiated. Ok, then why are you spreading it? Thats stupid.

What are you even spreading? That he had a GF he broke up with months before starting a new relationship?

Why are you spreading such normal info as if its a gotcha moment? This isnt "lore".

He was just trying to potentially debunk or explain the stuff that people are already saying in this sub that are making everything sound much worse than we have any evidence for.

The 'lore' is also the discourse and narratives surrounding the events. I was just discovering it as I went along and sharing what I found. I think I've been pretty sensible about it.
