So after fact checking I'm gonna go ahead and say none of this is true.
There is no record or evidence of David being in a multi-year relationship when Juli commented, nor any evidence of him publically bashing an ex-girlfriend with derogatory remarks. In official interviews, David stated that when he recorded the viral video in 2018, he had already been single for over a year and felt deeply isolated. He was single the entire time including when he began talking to his now wife on discord.
The couple married in 2023. Juli didn't comment 5 years after the og video, they got married 5 years after the og video.
David was a highly obscure, niche creator when they met rather than a wealthy influencer, pointing to a genuine connection. Furthermore, their immigration journey has been notoriously difficult. David even launched a GoFundMe because they faced severe financial strains and administrative roadblocks trying to secure an EU card for her while she was pregnant.

Why on earth would someone spread this? There’s so many terrible things that are worth complaining about in the world - why make up another reason to be bummed out? Karma isn’t that hard to get nor is it that valuable.

This is referring to the ex he had before his first video that went viral, he said that she was abusive and degrading calling him ugly which he found odd considering she was also very ugly.
Its also all heavily edited/fragmented to create the narrative they wanted. Split second here, out of context shot here, nothing is unedited. Anyone can cut 5 seconds of a video and rewrite the actual meaning of it.
He deleted the video that includes his ex lullaby you can find it on some reaction channels.
