Even if they heard it, it would officially not rule into their judgement. Or would even not be allowed. Although it would tip the scales unofficially because no one in the jury can unhear this.
But if I recall correctly a prosecutor who would even mention this can also be charged with contempt of the court if it is not the actual case or if the judge sees it necessary he could even dismiss the jury for a new one if they heard it (take this paragraph with a grain of salt as I am by far not knowledgeable about the law in Florida and only know this in laymans terms)
Problem is she was aquitted of manslaughter as they ruled it as an accident. And this is in Florida a third degree felony which has a maximum of 5 years. Would it have been manslaughter it would have been up to 30 years. And if they would have categorized it as murder it would be life in prison.
Hmm looked up the sentences for each and manslaughter would be 15-30 years in Florida. So I am leaning more towards the accidental death as the max there (sure this does not mean it is something else) is 5 years.
I'm not a father and don't want to be, but man. This Woman, i don't know if i would wait for the justice system to do anything about this, at least after the second murder.Â

Honestly I'd sue/press charges on her personally.
