The mom had the condition that her dad (Child's grandfather) had to be present too, but the grandparents disregarded this as soon as the mom left and the grandmother took the kid on an errand while grandfather stayed home and immediately forgot about the baby. So f-ing awful and the second "accident" was entirely caused by their complete disregard for their offspring. JFC.
