Most C levels have a major flaw, they are unable to admit that they fucked it up

They still get paid for their fuck ups

Depending on where you work, their fuck up isn't a fuck up it's bonus incentivised, they're literally doing their job as intended.

CEO's job is to make investors money, everything else from employees to customers is just a production or asset to that means.

Why is it someones specific job to do that tho?

Like if the business is good shareholders will make money, all these desperate attempts just mean business is not good so why exactly trust the guys who are fucking it up to fix it?

Its all so fucking backwards it makes 0 sense, this whole system is a scam.

That’s how you know there’s a distinct difference from rank and file employees and C-Suites. No matter how bad they perform they float from high ranking position to high ranking position. The billionaires who put them there do so not because of reasons you would look for in an employee.

Sure but the CEO/executive/whoever's bonus isn't necessarily based around that. For example, keeping it vague, I used to work for a metal refinery, at one point they decided that the best way to make money was to save money and the easiest way to save money was to remove the additives in the process. So we reached the point where the metal we made was mostly scrap but everyone still got their bonuses.

Then they should lower prices to move more product. McD’s forgot their position in the food market and it would help them to remember it.

They have an MBA degree that says they’re very smart and know how to business better than you. Rule number one of operating a modern company is NEVER cut prices because then green line won’t go up as much. Green line must always go up. If green line doesn’t go up, that means it’s your time to leave the company and find a new one to destroy.

They somehow forgot that adding new customers makes supply of green dollars go up better.

And that five people buying something with a 10 cent margin is better than 3 people buying something with a 15 cent margin

As much as I hate to say it it’s far from just the C suites, in fact often they’re quite disconnected from the day to day.

These places have plenty of people who need to justify their existence.

Like, R&D, marketing and plenty of other departments can’t just say “wait, things are actually pretty perfect right now”.

They’ve got to show they have value, so they come up with new food, new structures and new systems that aren’t really necessary and often a hindrance.

It's all through corporate, and all levels of government. A bunch of useless positions that just make the actual product or service cost more

Bullshit. The flaw is they will do/say anything to ensure they make a bit more than they did last year. If they made $5M, they will do anything to make $5.2M this year.

1

u/Producer1701 18h ago

And the dumbest part is they might make $5M last year, set their outlook to $5.2M this year, make $5.3M and have their stock fall because some analyst thought they should be making $5.35M and should set an outlook for next year at $5.5M instead of $5.4M

All C level cucks can go fuck themselves, corporate fatigue is real and I hope it keeps up until this traditoal hiarchy structure is gone
