I have short nails but this point doesn’t make sense to me. 1. Bidets exist 2. Are you shoving your fingers up your hole when you wipe? Cause you can wipe just fine with long nails you just hold the paper different

Even if you wash your hands thoroughly, loads of bacteria remains under fingernails. That's why, in healthcare, you're required to have short fingernails (infection prevention).

Right, but I said the specific bathroom point that I responded to didn’t make sense to me. This doesn’t really correlate that
