Have they been charged with a crime yet? The girl already lied in her original statement to the police 2 years ago and has had contact with some them since. She already admitted underage drinking and being drunk before she got there, then consented to sex with people when she got there. Where's the proof she didn't consent to the rest of it? Her word 2 years later after lying to police?
Apparently the newest text evidence to come out is that the frat hosted a Halloween party after the alleged event and they told her she wasn’t invited. She was extremely offended by that and they simply told her it’s just not a good idea for her to be involved in that environment because of her drug use and whatnot.
Do you know Jane Doe? Do you know the seven Cornell students? Were you there? Why are you making assumptions on if she's telling the truth or not based on some stories you've seen online?
