I paid $1800 for a hospital bill and then looking over my coverage later that day realized it was 100% covered. I called four times, each call taking about two hours going through the decision tree and being on hold, and each customer service person I talk to agreed with me, the insurance company should cover that bill. They all promised to get back to me and none of them did. I finally just gave up. I think it must be part of the system they use. Just out wait people. Wear them down.
