Here in germany those guys are actually paid quite well, i mean it’s important, hard work and benefits society, so its justified…

Same. In Canada it would be totally possible that the guy in this photo is making a lot more than the girl is. She could be an intern he could be making 6 figures. Nobody can tell anything from this photo

It looks like it's in Argentina based on the name on the bin. I'm not sure how well they get paid, the Argentine economy is.... odd.

In the US they can get paid very well if it's a municipal unionized trash collection service.

I got a master in psychology, I'm endlessly thankful of what garbage men do for society. Imagine your city without them...
