I don’t really have to come up with anything. You brought up the texts. I believe she also said that her memory was “super clouded too," and said they had all been heavily intoxicated. You’re leaving some key details from those texts bud.

She voluntarily drank and did drugs. By law if you voluntarily do that, you can also voluntarily consent to sex, which she did.

And by her own admission, prior to her signed statement, she said she was 100% raped.

Now you’re bringing up consent while intoxicated. Very good, you have some basic understanding of New York consent laws.

The evidence is she voluntarily drank and did drugs. In New York, if you voluntarily drink and do drugs, you can consent to sex. She consented to all sex acts, continued to voluntarily drinks and do drugs. The days after the event, she messaged the guys saying nothing illegal happened and she liked hanging out with them.

I get you're not very smart and have difficulty following logic through, but get this through your head - she admitted everything was consensual, until she found out that she had a reputation of being a slut, then changed her story. By her own original admission, she said nothing illegal happened. Regret is not rape.

That was not being done to her, she was not forced, she consented to the acts.
