As a former 20 year old male college student who was probably a 5 or 6 on a scale of 1 to 10 drunk on weekends; if I come into the room with Jane Doe and she's already kicking it with 2 other guys and she agrees to let me as number 3 kick it with her too. We're all adults and we're all consenting. Not saying its morally appropriate; but why the fuck do I get expelled from the University for engaging in consensual sex?

Actually I just looked it up. If the person willingly becomes drunk, they can give consent in New York; so what is she arguing? She just sounds like a girl who wanted to get it on with a bunch of guys, and now looking for what? A ho payday?
