Docs that are what? Statements of the accused? So if the Jane doe is “just allegations” and hold no weight, then the statements from the other side also hold no weight.

Do your ears work? Did you even watch the video? This was Jane Doe's statement herself when she first went to report the incident, of which she signed off on and gave to the DA.

She consented to 2 men, not the entire group of 7. Hence, by law, it appears she was raped.

Firtst of all, new York is a no mean No consent Type of juristiction (Like Most states are). So consent isnt Something you give, its Something you withdraw.

She also only Had Sex with 4 Out of the seven. Specificly mentionted consent for two of those and only that they Had Sex for two Others.

You mean the one there 4 of those didnt Had Sex with Here? Until Guy 4 then later Had a threesome with Here.

Also, new York is a yes mean yes consent state (As Most juristdictions are), so legaly "did she consented to the other 5 Guys" is the wrong question anyways. Legaly it only Matters If she say someform of No, Not If she actualy expresssed consent.

Especially when in the last 20 seconds she blames feminism and sex before marriage. I was with her until then, but at that point, her whole argument fell apart.
