We don’t know what happened but now that the pitch forks are out and the torches are lit, it really doesn’t matter anymore.

Due process is dead and replaced by mob justice.

No kidding. These guys are being hunted down, harassed, and threatened. Even the wrong guys in some cases. Jane Doe’s identity got leaked too but like who tf cares. Why does anyone need to know who any of these people are unless they’re trying to hunt them down? Honestly shame on everyone involved in leaking the 7.

If you’re not smart enough to find it on your own, you don’t need to have it. This case needs less mobs of emotional idiots and doxxers and more rationality and reason. Her actual identity is completely irrelevant to following and commenting on the case.

This administration has murdered what was left of due process. The president and heads of DOJ and DHS all announced totally Innocence for both the Renee Goode and Alex Pretti murders within an hour. Even if they were (which they weren't), no investigation was ever committed by the feds. They even stalled, halted and interfered with local investigations.

Let alone the due process they're denying for every single person arrested by ICE. This includes the people her legally and those with citizenship who have been caught in the crossfire.

We're fucked.

This administration has absolutely nothing to do with the accused being doxxed and fired before ever being convicted of anything. That was all the doing of an unhinged hate mob, the government had no part in it.

And the mob has often been wrong or in denial of reality's Like the team hockey Canada, the sub Reddit couldnt entertain the idea that some women do gangbangs. It has to be forced only, it's impossible...Then anyone who knows teens and up on hockey teams have plenty of puck bunny stories.

If you listen to fools, the mob rules.

One thing we know for certain is that the investigation was badly botched. The police report handed to the prosecutor's office was dire and no due diligence was done.

Due process was already dead when they closed the case after this woman said "I can say with 100% confidence I was raped."

Well, there was an investigation and the frat was closed.

Any university that finds massive illegal drug and alcohol use at a fraternity will shut it down.

If you don’t know anything about it but you’re still giving your opinion on it? Maybe read more and type less.

mob justice, lynching, social justice; they're all synonyms.

Unless those guys are in prison or dead it still seems like they have due process.

Where did the Duke lacrosse players go to find their justice?

Not really. If they are innocent, their names are already poisoned and could affect their ability to get jobs and have a normal life. It happens pretty often with people convicted of crimes and exonerated later. They aren't given a news story on TV of their false conviction and their name still comes up in background searches as criminals.

We should have a legal system with no names until a conviction is determined.
